Aries (Mar21/Apr20) You'd be wise not to expect too much this week and then you might be pleasantly surprised. There are one or two annoying influences about, but if you manage to hide your irritation they'll soon move on to bother someone else. That's actually an interesting strategy and one a friend you work with could make good use of, so let them in on it. If you've got a DIY project underway, make sure you know exactly what you’re getting into. There’s every chance you could be biting off more than you can chew.

Taurus (Apr21/May21) When you have your emotions under control, you can face someone who upset you in the past. It won't be helpful right now to let them see how much what they did affected you, but the day will come when you can address that. You get an opportunity to make a profitable move in a business transaction. It's a good idea to weigh all the pros and cons of this venture before signing anything legal. Just because it's an attractive deal that doesn't mean it's right for you in the long run.

Gemini (May22/Jun21) If your financial picture isn't shaky currently, it might be soon, so take pre-emptive steps. You can avoid problems with clever planning and a little belt tightening. No need to suffer, though, as there are lots of things you can enjoy for free. Tune in to the need of an older relative. Finding helpful things to do is rewarding and satisfying. Making a game of it keeps you plugged in and your relative pleased as punch. If a health or fitness issue is bothering you, take care of it sooner rather than later.

Cancer (Jun22/Jul23) If studying or working in this country or overseas is something that interests you, act quickly to set the wheels in motion. The places could go to someone else if you dilly-dally. This opportunity would put you in with lots of interesting people and, if romance is on your mind, you might find someone special. Someone you spoke with recently liked an idea you proposed and has something to add that could turn into a joint project for both of you. Taking a short break from your regular routine is refreshing. Go on your own or take a fun friend. This is a time of renewal and discovery for you when you should follow your instincts especially when it comes to investigating things that will change your thinking, beliefs or attitude.

Virgo (Aug24/Sep23) Getting over a disagreement takes some doing, especially if you have fallen out with a good friend. The relationship you share with this person is important enough to save. By the end of the week you should have sorted out your differences and got back on track. A little home redecorating is fun. When you spot an appealing new colour in a magazine you could get the urge to start painting a wall or an entire room. Add a few new accessories and you'll feel like you're living in a completely new place.

Although you've not been in touch for quite a while this old friend remembers you fondly, especially something you did for them back in the day. It's nice to know you're still so well thought of. You find it easy to connect with people wherever you go, but be a little cautious. While you're out and about enjoying yourself you should keep tabs on your valuables. Not everyone is as up front, open and honest as you’d like them to be.

Scorpio (Oct24/Nov22) There you go again, wanting to know everything about everywhere you go. You’re quite right to have a questioning approach and you shouldn’t take things at face value. Just don’t get carried away and cause offence by coming across s nosy and intrusive. You get a big boost when you cross paths with a group who've been travelling far and wide. You love to listen to traveller’s tales and this could be the spur that sets you thinking of taking a special journey of your own. Whether it happens or not is immaterial.

Sagittarius (Nov23/Dec21) You can appear distracted from time to time as your active mind races from one topic to another and you just can't keep up. It's a good idea to jot down important things you want to remember as you go through the week. Something could easily escape you. A happy encounter brightens your week as you cross paths with someone you've not seen in years. With lots of catching up to do it'll be easy to while away a few hours reminiscing. How time flies when you're having this much fun.

Capricorn (Dec22/Jan20) There's always something that needs doing and you like keeping busy so it's no wonder you turn your attention to DIY projects. You're way ahead of yourself thinking about Christmas or next year. Get things in good order before that busy season starts. It may be necessary to have words with someone who doesn't seem to understand the message you've been trying to send. Instead of getting upset try to find out why you're not getting through. Speaking from the heart often does the trick.

Aquarius (Jan21/Feb19) You'll have a tough time handling someone who thinks they're the boss of everything. Lay out the facts and be diplomatic. Fair is fair. With a little encouragement from you they can get a better grasp on the meaning of shared responsibility. If children need to be brought into line you should explain what you expect and the consequences for any bad behaviour. Everyone wants to feel loved and valued. If you work from that premise you'll find a reasonable way through all your difficulties.

Pisces (Feb20/Mar20) You've so much faith in people, it hits you hard when someone doesn't do what they promised. Hopes were high, but human frailty got in the way. Take the view that everyone is doing the best they can. If they don't follow through there must be good reasons for it. Kindness is called for in all your dealings. The help you give to those around you will be much appreciated. You end the week with a sense of satisfaction for taking the high road and keeping relationships nicely balanced.
